1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Engineering Sarathi website, its articles, public search and decision-support tools, directories and downloadable resources. Additional terms displayed with a third-party service or specific document may also apply to that item.

You may read, link to and use the website for lawful learning, professional reference and internal project work. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, misrepresent its content or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Unless a source or download states otherwise, the website’s original writing, design, arrangement and branding belong to Engineering Sarathi or its relevant licensors. You may quote a reasonable excerpt with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Republishing a substantial article, copying the site design or using the Engineering Sarathi name or logo as your own requires prior permission.

4. Downloads and templates

You may adapt Engineering Sarathi templates for your own learning or internal project work. Do not sell, redistribute or falsely present an unmodified template as your own product. Always verify it for the actual procurement, contract and current official requirements. A filename or download link does not make the resource an approved government form.
